This is a short method in which you can just turn off the true tone right from the control center of your iOS 13 device.
1. Open control center of your iPhone by swiping up from the bottom on iPhone 8, and on iPhone X, 11 by swiping down from the top right corner.
2. Now Press and hold the brightness module from the control center.
3. You will see three options, “Dark Mode”, “Night Shift”, and “True Tone”.
4. Tap on “True Tone” to Disable or Enable it whenever you want.

Some of you might have doubts about whether to enable or disable true tone daily. For you, I have given my suggestion about it as below.
I recommend keeping the True Tone display enabled because there are a lot of advantages to doing so. Like sometimes your eyes got turned after using your iPhone a lot, true tone display delays it.
For example, If your eyes started straining after 2 hours of continuous use of your iPhone, then if you enabled true tone display your eyes will start straining about after 4 hours.
